Fortis billing audit: 3 subscriptions with drift

The daily read-only audit found Fortis recurrings that do not match the subscriptions recorded in the database (the defect class behind incident #1165, which double-charged families). Investigate in the Fortis portal before changing anything -- this audit never modifies billing.
